How do I opt out of this service?

There isn't anything to opt out of in the first place. If you don't want to use the service for some reason, simply take it off your page.

Do I have to agree to anything to use this service?

Only one thing. "If it doesn't work the way you want, tough cookies". This service is being provided totally free of charge, with no signup required, and is paid for entirely by the developers. If you want to use it, please feel free to add the code. If you don't want to use it, please feel free to remove the code.

Any guarantees or warantees?

Nope. No guarantees whatsoever. "Use at your own risk". "Caution: Wet Floor". "Insert disclaimer here". You get the idea. If you tried to sue us, a judge would smack you for being stupid. Got it?
